​​​​​By providing CNH Industrial Capital ("CNH") with a telephone number, you are authorizing CNH, CNH Affiliates, CNH agents, debt collectors and/​or vendors to contact you with account related messages such as updates and account balances at the telephone number provided.

By providing CNH with a telephone number, you are agreeing to receive account related messages from CNH, CNH Affiliates, CNH agents, debt collectors and/or vendors retained by CNH and understand that agreeing to receive these messages is not a requirement for CNH to provide you with the goods or services you have requested.

By providing CNH with a telephone number, you are permitting CNH to contact you via live operator, automatic telephone dialing systems, announcing device, prerecorded and artificial voice messages, manual dialing, email, and / or text messages (SMS, MMS, RCS).  You acknowledge that such calls or text messages are not "unsolicited" under state or federal law.

​​By providing CNH with a telephone number, you are confirming you are the owner of or are authorized to use the telephone number provided. You also confirm that you will notify CNH immediately if you no longer own or are no longer authorized to use the telephone number you have provided to CNH. You understand that any messages CNH sends you may be read by anyone with access to your telephone.

You understand that you are solely responsible for payment of any message rates and data charges associated with communications you receive from or send to CNH. Message frequency will vary by account.
